Doors open 8:30 am, Blackbelt meeting 9:25 am, Score keeper meeting 9:30 am, Line up to bow in 9:55 am Tournament begins AT 10 am. All Judges must be in uniform or PKC professional judging attire: Blue blazer white collar shirt with red tie grey slacks with belt and hard soled shoes, for ladies red scarf is acceptable as well. The PKC is a professional organization Black Belts need to lead by example.
